Tutoring session times can be altered up to 12 hours before the scheduled session. A new date and time will be secured through email contact with the parent/guardian. Any session that is cancelled or altered within 12 hours of the scheduled session will be charged at full price.

As certified teachers, we are skilled at meeting the individual needs of our students on a daily basis.  For those students with an IEP, we can review the types of accommodations and/or modifications on the current IEP and make any necessary changes to support our students throughout our tutoring sessions.

We welcome all clients to choose the format and group session that will best suit the needs of their child/children. For those who have a friend who is also interested, having a friend in the session is a great way to make your child feel comfortable, so bring them along! If there are a group of friends who all need support at the same grade level and subject area, we will definitely make that work for everyone. However, we can provide small groups when needed or match up 2 students to make a semi-private if the need arises.

Parents will receive regular updates from their child's assigned tutor to review progress and to outline what was covered in the tutoring sessions.  These updates will be in the form of an email.
